Ewan Partners is a specialist executive search firm with a focus on clients who operate across the built asset sector.

We were originally established in the mid-2000’s by an investor with an interest and investments in the sector and initially, the organisation was focused on providing executive search to the off-shore real estate and infrastructure markets. However, in 2011 this focus shifted to being a broader supplier to clients across the ‘built asset’ and now we support clients from the construction end of the spectrum, through the agents, consultants and developers, to the pure-play investors.

With our colleagues who operate via our alliance globally, we believe that through both: a thorough adherence to best practices in our search process and confidentiality, we are uniquely positioned to lead in our chosen sector.

Jonathan leads Ewan Partners activities across its core markets of UK Property/Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure.

He has brought to this role over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry where he has helped organisations across a broad array of sectors both, large and small, with their resourcing challenges at a senior leadership level.

In the past decade this has focussed on the built asset sector and in his current role he supports clients with their executive search needs across the full built asset spectrum.

Prior to starting his career as a head-hunter, Jonathan received his Bachelor’s degree in Education (English & History) from James Cook University in Australia and has since completed a postgraduate qualification in management (Australia) and was awarded a Master of Arts qualification (Nottingham Business School) in Strategic Human Resources Management.

He has also writes regularly for the industry and broadsheet press, has both Australian and British citizenship and has been cleared to security level SC in the UK.
